• General practitioners who have obtained a certificate of proficiency from the courses opened by the Ministry can perform uterine evacuation under the supervision and supervision of obstetricians and gynecologists.

• Obstetricians and gynecologists can perform uterine evacuation in private practice, official state institutions and private hospitals where they practice their profession, while general practitioners can only perform uterine evacuation in official government institutions.

• Until the 10th week of pregnancy, termination of pregnancy is allowed by an authorized physician with the consent of the mother.

• If the person is married, the consent of the husband is obtained.

• There is no time limit in cases of medical necessity, such as conditions that threaten the mother's life or developmental anomalies of the baby.

• If the woman becomes pregnant as a result of a crime she is the victim of, such as rape, pregnancy can be terminated up to the 20th week with the consent of the mother.

• Pregnancy terminations up to the 10th week can be done in official state institutions, private hospitals and obstetricians' own clinics, and after the 10th week in official state institutions and private hospitals.
