In Supraglottic Cancers:
The main complaint is pain in the ear.
Lymphatic spread to both sides of the neck, neck mass
In Glottic Cancers:
The main symptom is hoarseness.
Most common and best prognosis laryngeal Ca
Vocal cords are poor in lymphatics and cervical metastases are rare.
In Subglottic Cancers:
The main symptoms are stridor and dyspnea.
It metastasizes to the Delphian lymph node in front of the cricothyroid membrane.
It has the worst prognosis.
Treatment:
Surgery, RT, KT
